I established J10 Planning in 2003. It is a small independently run planning and development consultancy based here in Chester.
Our core principles involve adding, releasing, generating and maximising value through the land planning process in realising sustainable development solutions.
We offer commercial planning advice to landowners, developers, occupiers, operators and investors in navigating a project through the "plannning maze". Geographically, we operate and promote schemes across the North West, North Wales and West Midlands.
We operate across many sectors including residential, agricultural, business space, industrial, retail, care, education, sport, leisure and tourism.
We offer director only advice; being small we are nimble, accessible and responsive. My background in both private and public sectors allows me to provide non-nonsense commercially and politically astute guidance.
